Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a chemical engineering degree program.
  • Strong technical background and knowledge of processes, wet end chemistry, paper testing procedures, and Root Failure Cause analysis (RFCA) related to quality or process failures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate through various manufacturing software platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions

The Process Engineer Intern will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate effectively with colleagues and management, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
