Position Overview:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential services in a school environment. The SLP will play a crucial role in evaluating and addressing the speech, language, and communication needs of students facing challenges in these areas.

Key Duties:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Create and execute tailored treatment plans for individual students.
  • Deliver therapy sessions in both one-on-one and group formats.
  • Work collaboratively with educators and parents to meet students' communication requirements.
  • Track student progress and modify interventions as necessary.
  • Engage in IEP meetings to assist in setting objectives and reviewing progress.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Michigan SLP license.
  • Preferred experience in a school-based setting.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
  • Capability to effectively support students from diverse backgrounds.
