We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential services to students facing challenges in speech, language, and communication. This role is crucial in fostering students' academic success and social interactions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and identify speech, language, and communication disorders among students.
- Create and execute tailored treatment strategies for individual students.
- Deliver therapy sessions in both one-on-one and group formats.
- Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and school personnel to address students' communication requirements.
- Track student progress and modify interventions as necessary.
- Engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to assist in setting objectives and reviewing progress.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP license in Michigan.
- Preferred experience in a school environment.
