Job Summary:
We are a leading national substance abuse and mental health organization, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals and families affected by mental health issues. Our Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Counseling program is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to receive the treatment they need to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments of patient problems and needs, and report to the clinical team to initiate treatment planning
- Conduct individual sessions with patients, addressing their concerns and helping to eliminate the possibility of AMA
- Facilitate groups with patients, providing education and support
- Provide case management services, including documentation in patient medical records
- Provide tours for prospective patients and their families as requested
Requirements:
- Must have one of the following: LAC, LPC, LSW, or LCSW
- Mental Health license or certification, clean and active
- New graduates welcome
- Experience conducting group sessions
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$75,000, paid hourly, and a rewarding career with opportunities for growth and development.
