Our Telecommunications Division has been a leader in developing next-generation wireless communication infrastructure for over four decades. Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and facilitate collaboration among internal teams and subcontractors on mission-critical construction initiatives, including new builds and upgrades in BMS, EPMS, mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
· Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
· Leverage expertise to assist project management teams with planning, scheduling, coordination, and project closeout.
· Provide technical guidance and support to field crews during daily construction operations.
· Deliver construction and scheduling updates to the project management team.
· Aid in the coordination of client submissions, site logistics, and as-built documentation.
· Support the management of RFIs and maintain necessary logs.
· Participate in site visits and bid walks with clients and subcontractors.
· Collaborate with estimating and project teams to assist with RFQs and bid submissions.
· Foster positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of experience in Mission Critical and Data Center construction.
· Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, structural, and architectural trades, as well as industrial construction techniques.
· Experience with BMS and EPMS systems, including construction, integration, and commissioning.
· Proficient in using personal computers and company communication tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
· Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment with diverse stakeholders.
· Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
· Exceptional attention to detail.
· Solution-oriented with robust problem-solving capabilities.
· Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
· Ability to pass a background check.
· Must be eligible to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship.

Physical Requirements: Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Hand manipulation is necessary for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine motor tasks. Ability to reach and work above and below shoulder height is required. Must remain vigilant to equipment in the field, with potential exposure to construction site hazards, uneven terrain, dust, gases, fumes, noise, temperature extremes, and heights.
