We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Registration Specialist to join our team at DeTar Healthcare System. As a key member of our patient access team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient registration process for patients presenting to our Navarro Campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient interviews to obtain registration information and complete required forms.
- Obtain patient signatures and ensure accurate and complete registration documentation.
- Represent DeTar Healthcare System as the primary point of contact for initial patient communications.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient registration processes.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent education required.
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
- Knowledge of computers and standard office equipment.
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
- Medical office experience preferred.
