Social Media Manager

Ambercycle is a materials science company that aims to make the global fashion industry circular. Our mission is to develop and scale a breakthrough technology to manufacture yarns and fabrics from end-of-life clothes, without compromising quality.
We're looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to join our team and help us grow our online presence. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a social media strategy that engages and educates our audience about our circular fashion ecosystem.
The RoleWe're seeking a highly organized and creative individual who can develop and execute a social media strategy that drives traffic and increases brand awareness. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating and publishing native social content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to engage and educate our audience.
- Building and executing a content strategy that increases engagement, promotes sharing, and improves product education.
- Collaborating with our creative team to develop content from scratch.
- Leading end-to-end creation of Ambercycle's native social content to drive engagement and boost visibility of our marketing priorities.
- Establishing and tracking key social media KPIs and building campaign summaries with identified learnings for the future.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience creating content on Instagram and TikTok in-house at a consumer-facing company.
- A strong understanding of the fashion industry and consumer sentiment, with extensive brand knowledge specifically in the apparel, performance wear, sportswear, activewear, outerwear, and luxury verticals.
- 1+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva and the ability to quickly pick up new digital tools.
