Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify decision-makers within targeted leads and develop effective sales strategies to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Offer timely price quotes and the latest technologies best suited to meet customers' needs, while leading with financing options.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales-to-install handoffs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Meet Sales Targets and Report Progress: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas requiring attention.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the home services industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Evening and early morning, severe weather events, and weekend or holiday hours periodically. Will work indoors and outdoors in various climate conditions ranging from very cold to very hot and humid.
