Job Overview

This is a high-earning sales opportunity with a variable pay range.

As a Sales Representative for our client's Home Services Business, you will be part of a team driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. You will build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Below are the key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective sales strategies to pursue new business opportunities; identifying key decision-makers within targeted leads.
  • Provide customers with timely price quotes and the latest technologies best suited to meet their needs, while offering financing options.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales-to-install handoffs and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Meet with other sales professionals to communicate sales targets, share best practices, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas requiring attention.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience (1+ years) in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Prior experience in the home services industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions:

Environment

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
  • Evening and early morning, severe weather events, and weekend or holiday hours periodically.
  • Will work indoors and outdoors in various climate conditions ranging from very cold to very hot and humid.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust.
  • May require physical effort and cardiac endurance while reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing, walking, balancing, bending, leaning, kneeling, walking, and climbing.
  • Carrying supplies, up to 25 lbs.
