- Lead Safety Training: Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
- Conduct Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and corporate policies.
- Manage Safety Data and Reporting: Collect and analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and Implement Safety Incentives: Develop and implement safety incentives to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
- Collaborate with Corporate Teams: Work with corporate teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and corporate policies.
- Transit Safety Experience: 3 years of experience in transit safety.
- Education: College degree or 5+ years of safety management experience.
- Certifications: CDS (Certified Director of Safety) and/or CSP (Certified Safety Professional) Designation.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of FTA, FMCSA, and DOT regulations.
- Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills.
