Job Description

Job Title: Salesperson

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Description:

  1. Sell new or used automobiles, trucks, and vans at the vehicle sales establishment.
  2. Be a product expert on current vehicles, knowing features and benefits.
  3. Explain features and demonstrate car operation in the showroom or on roads.
  4. Present vehicle proposals to customers.
  5. Use legal and ethical selling techniques.
  6. Ensure certifications are updated as assigned by the manufacturer.
  7. Conform to customer confidential information policies and laws.
  8. Meet minimum sales requirements each month.
  9. Meet minimum CSI requirements each month.
  10. Ensure each vehicle is properly delivered to customers.
  1. Market products to potential customers via phone, letters, and personal contact.
  2. Follow up with customers after each sale to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
  3. Know and follow the Car Pros sales system.
  4. Maintain sales tracking in VinSolutions.
  5. Treat customers with courtesy and professionalism, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  6. Adhere to the dealership's sexual harassment and non-discrimination policies.
  7. Maintain ongoing compliance with Car Pros policies and procedures via Compli.
  8. Follow Car Pros standards for dress code.
  9. Wear the Car Pros Employee ID Badge daily.
  10. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Benefits:

After 60 days of employment, employees and their families are eligible for medical, dental, vision, short/long-term disability, and basic life/AD&D insurance. Car Pros sponsors 80% of basic medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees. Employees pay the additional cost for dependents and any voluntary elections.

At Car Pros, we offer a 401k plan after one year of service and one hour of personal time off for every 30 hours worked.

Pay: $124,441.83 Annually
