At IntelyCare, we offer a unique opportunity for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work in various facilities and shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. As an LPN with our team, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, choosing from a wide variety of options.
About the Role
As a skilled healthcare associate, you will be responsible for delivering post-acute care to residents, monitoring their physical and mental well-being, and tracking vital signs. Your tasks will also include performing intakes, documenting health concerns, reviewing medical records, administering medications, and maintaining a safe environment. You will contribute to a comfortable environment for residents by assisting with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies, while being accountable for following and adhering to care plans.
Benefits
We offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $41 to $53, which is 25% higher than average. Our benefits package includes eligibility for health insurance, vision, and dental coverage for you and qualifying family members. You will also have options for frequency of pay, including weekly and daily pay, as well as employer-paid malpractice insurance, workers' compensation, and taxes. Additionally, you can take advantage of generous discounts on tuition through Excelsior University and access to hazard, travel, and holiday pay, plus overtime. Retirement savings are available through our 401k program, and you will have free access to training and continuing education on our app.
