Job Description

The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients by managing their technical needs, understanding their business challenges, and providing solutions that align with A-1 Chrysalis offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Understand client business objectives and IT infrastructure.
    • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions based on client needs and objectives.
  2. Technical Oversight:
    • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client infrastructure is secure and up-to-date.
    • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and provide timely solutions.
    • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and IT trends.
  3. Project Management:
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
    • Manage and oversee client onboarding and implementation processes.
    • Track, analyze, and communicate project status to both internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client needs.
    • Participate in product demonstrations and provide technical expertise during the sales process.
  5. Continuous Learning:
    • Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to stay updated on the latest industry trends and Chrysalis MSP product offerings.
    • Provide feedback to product and R&D teams based on client needs and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical account management, IT consulting, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, managed IT services, and IT infrastructure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
