We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Ocala, Florida. As a Baylor LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Position Summary

This is a weekend-specific position that requires a skilled and dedicated professional who can deliver personalized patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and high-quality healthcare services to patients in their homes
  • Administer medications and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Deliver personalized patient care and support
  • Work on a weekend-specific schedule to provide continuity of care
Qualifications
  • Current State LPN or LVN License
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program
  • One year of nursing experience, preferably in community/home health or medical/surgical
  • Valid BLS certification
  • Good verbal and written communication, and organization skills
  • Licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order and insured
