Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of Field Technicians and Customer Service Representatives.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve department performance and efficiency.
  • Screen, hire, train, and develop team members.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver training for new team members and ongoing training for assigned team members.
  • Manage team member performance, including annual performance reviews, coaching, and counseling.
  • Assist in setting operational priorities and monitoring performance against those goals.
Requirements:
  • Team leadership, customer service, organizational, computer, process/procedure, and goal-setting skills.
  • Preferred experience in supervisory, construction management, customer home sales/operations, and/or healthcare product industry-related experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the organization.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • This position may require heavy lifting, pushing, and/or pulling of equipment and materials.
  • Able to travel to all company locations as needed.
