Role Overview

Our Termite Control Specialists play a crucial role as front-line representatives, embodying the essence of our service. This position focuses on delivering exceptional service through the application of Terminix products to our valued clientele.

A Typical Day in This Role

Equipped with a company vehicle and comprehensive training, our Termite Control Specialists visit residential areas to perform requested termite treatments. Here’s a glimpse of daily responsibilities:

  • Ensuring job specifications align with each work order.
  • Preparing the site for treatment.
  • Administering anti-termite treatments to structures following safety protocols and label instructions.
  • Engaging with customers to explain the services rendered.
  • Completing documentation of services provided.

Qualifications for Success

  • A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are essential.
  • While prior experience in the industry is beneficial, the following traits are more critical:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer interaction.
  • Self-motivated with a robust work ethic.
  • Ability to present information effectively to individuals and small groups.
  • Attention to detail and a strong understanding of safety practices.
  • Basic math skills for service-related calculations.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces.
  • Due to safety regulations, facial hair is not permitted for this role.
