Role Summary:
The Compliance and Outcomes Manager is responsible for implementing policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure that all treatment services comply with State and Federal regulations, thereby guaranteeing the highest standard of care for our clients.

This role involves monitoring and tracking systems and tools to ensure quality assurance and adherence to deliverables, as well as conducting audits to confirm compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance and Improvement: Oversee and coordinate Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement (QAQI) functions for assigned programs, including clinical documentation audits and patient chart reviews.
  • Data Management: Gather and analyze program data to enhance service delivery and client outcomes, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy standards.
  • Program Compliance: Develop and monitor compliance functions related to program licensing, operational standards, and contract requirements.
  • Utilization Management: Manage and report on utilization data to meet program goals and ensure timely service authorizations.
