Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and operational support. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Tracking expenses and managing accounting system administration.
  • Processing invoices and overseeing vendor registration and management.
  • Conducting month-end processing and reconciliation tasks.
  • Executing contracts and managing budget oversight.
  • Supporting financial operations by monitoring annual capital and expense spending.
  • Assisting in financial analysis related to business operations and expenditure data.
  • Creating and maintaining essential financial templates and reports for various assignments.
  • Facilitating business operations and project financial reviews, including financial statement analysis.
  • Participating in the development of programs and systems aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Providing internal process support for invoice payments, budget requests, and purchase orders.
  • Managing assigned projects and programs effectively.
  • Collaborating across teams, including Finance and Operations, to ensure cohesive communication.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience or five years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with financial operations and office services, with preferred experience in a facilities department.
