Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to integrate the goals of Advocate Children's Hospital and Advocate Medical Group.
- Collaborate with physician partners to advance clinical programs and improve patient outcomes.
- Oversee clinical operations across multiple practice sites, ensuring high-quality patient care and cost-effective delivery.
- Lead the development and implementation of business plans to identify and develop market growth opportunities.
- Provide leadership and direction to interdisciplinary teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Master's Degree in Health Care Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a physician practice environment with a focus in cardiology.
- 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience.
- Advanced oral, written, presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
