  • Manage support requests related to server malfunctions and outages.
  • Administer Mimecast for email filtering and encryption.
  • Handle Windows Administration and Group Policy configurations.
  • Engage in compliance audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in system engineering roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of infrastructure management and Azure.
  • Familiarity with various identity and access management solutions.
  • Understanding of security protocols and system integrity.
  • Capability to convey technical information effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, O365, and related software.
  • Experience with compliance standards such as HIPAA and HITRUST.
  • Knowledge of backup technologies and storage solutions.
  • Willingness to be available for nights, weekends, and on-call duties.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
