Progressive Die Setter

We are seeking a highly skilled Progressive Die Setter to join our team. As a Die Setter Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating progressive, compound, and secondary stamping dies. This role requires 3-5 years' experience in a similar position, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
The ideal candidate will have experience with die set-ups, analyzing and resolving work problems, and operating press room machinery. Additionally, they will be able to read blueprints, use precision tools, and perform 1st Piece and in-process inspections.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of vocational training strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' previous experience as a Die Setter.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to use and interpret inspection equipment including precision tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
- Ability to trouble shoot Press Machine.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
