Die Setter Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Die Setter Specialist to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. The successful candidate will have experience setting up and operating compound die equipment, with a focus on producing high-quality parts.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate compound die equipment to produce high-quality parts
• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues to optimize equipment performance
• Collaborate with toolmakers to resolve stamping problems and improve product quality
• Maintain accurate records of production output and machine maintenance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of vocational training preferred
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Die Setter or Pressroom Equipment Operator
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot press machines
• Organized with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan.
