Job Summary

Summary: As a Food Service Worker with Morrison Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to patients and staff. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an asset to our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present food according to established recipes and production standards.
  • Weigh and measure ingredients accurately to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Transport food and supplies to and from workstations, kitchen, and storage areas while maintaining safety standards.
  • Store food in designated areas following proper wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and equipment as needed.
  • Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
  • Adhere to all sanitation and safety requirements to maintain a clean and safe environment.
