Application Systems Analyst and Programming Supervisor

The Application Systems Analyst and Programming Supervisor is responsible for delivering technical expertise, overseeing project management, and providing technical guidance in the deployment and maintenance of application systems utilized for financial, clinical, business, and administrative operations.
This role involves organizing and coordinating a range of significant and/or intricate system tasks, including programming, ensuring timely execution in accordance with the policies and procedures of University Health System.
The supervisor will manage the performance and coordinate the activities of assigned developers and analysts, fostering a collaborative work environment with colleagues and other staff members.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other duties as assigned or outlined in the performance evaluation documentation and in alignment with University Health System policies and procedures.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, data processing, mathematics, business, or a related discipline is mandatory. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of some educational requirements. A minimum of eight years of programming and systems analysis experience is essential.
Technical Proficiencies:
Proficiency in at least one programming language and familiarity with data management methodologies on one or more of the platforms utilized at University Health System is required.
