Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Speech Therapist to join our team at Hues Speech Therapy Services Corporation. As a Clinical Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech therapy services to pediatric patients with various communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients to identify speech and language disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs.
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the specific needs of each patient, and regularly monitor and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal progress.
  • Provide Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct speech therapy services to patients in their homes, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques to promote effective communication and language development.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment.
  • Document Patient Progress: Accurately and thoroughly document patient progress, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures, to ensure continuity of care and inform future treatment decisions.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology: Have a strong understanding of the anatomy and physiology related to speech and language, including the structures and functions of the speech and language systems.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Be able to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
