Soliant is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to fill a school-based contract role in California. As a member of our team, you will provide essential speech and language services to students, guiding them in achieving their communication objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities to identify areas of strength and weakness.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Administer targeted therapy sessions to address speech, language, and communication disorders, promoting effective communication and social skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to enhance student progress and ensure a cohesive approach to education.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of provided services, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid California state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is preferred.
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
