While you may not need to be an expert mechanic, a solid understanding of automotive components is essential. Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert auto parts solutions to both retail and wholesale customers, whether in person or over the phone.
  • Utilize your parts expertise to support fellow team members in addressing customer inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create positive interactions with everyone who visits our store.
  • Bring enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude to our dynamic retail environment.
  • Welcome customers into our store and engage them to ensure a satisfying shopping experience.
  • Employ technology, including computers, cash registers, and catalog systems, to assist customers effectively.

This position is ideal for you if you:

  • Have a genuine passion for helping customers with their automotive parts and service needs.
  • Possess experience in the automotive sector or have developed your knowledge through personal interests in vehicle maintenance.
  • Are eager to learn about automotive parts if you lack prior experience.

Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Previous experience in a parts retail environment or the automotive industry is preferred, but a willingness to learn is equally valued.
  • High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade school education is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Exhibit excellent listening skills and empathy towards customers.
  • Additional experience in automotive, heavy equipment, or retail environments is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • ASE Certifications are a bonus.
