Role Summary:
The Client Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering administrative assistance to account management, collaborating to achieve goals related to client retention, profitability, and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored client presentations, including Annual Program Reviews and Claims Manuals, through data collection, research, and final material preparation.
  • Lead the planning of client events and site visits, coordinating with vendors, managing client interactions, and ensuring all activities remain within budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor and track expenses to ensure compliance with company policies regarding travel and vendor payments through meticulous expense report management.
  • Compile and distribute management reports on a monthly, quarterly, or ad hoc basis to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and participate in meetings, ensuring accurate minutes are recorded and distributed.
  • Provide front desk coverage, managing calls and welcoming visitors in a professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of Client Services correspondence as required.
  • Manage supply orders for the Client Services team.
  • Maintain established standards for call handling metrics.
Additional Duties:
  • Support cross-training and backup for various roles as necessary.
  • Oversee and execute special projects as assigned.
  • Act as a liaison for both internal and external clients, maintaining confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and follow directions with minimal oversight.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management capabilities.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service aptitude.
  • Solid mathematical and analytical abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with desktop publishing software (e.g., Adobe InDesign) is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality for clients.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Three years of relevant work experience or a college degree is preferred.
  • A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is necessary.
  • Experience with high-volume, multi-line phone systems is preferred.
Work Authorization:
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Markel does not sponsor visas for this position.
