Job Description

At Always Best Care, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiving Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our hiring team, you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and placing top-notch Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to provide exceptional care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train PCAs to meet the needs of our clients
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Conduct thorough interviews and background checks to ensure the highest quality candidates
  • Collaborate with our scheduling team to identify staffing needs and ensure seamless client care

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in caregiving or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Intermediate to advanced level experience with Microsoft Office products
