Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert consultative services within a trauma care environment.
  • Engage in the clinical education of residents, fellows, and medical students.
  • Participate in a call rotation at the Howard A. Rusk Rehabilitation Hospital.
  • Explore and develop opportunities for post-acute consultations and outpatient clinic services.
Research Engagement:

Faculty members are encouraged to engage in research activities. Current interests include:
  • Clinical Trials
  • Presentations
  • Stroke Registry
Qualifications Required:
  • MD/DO degree.
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Physiatry.
  • Commitment to the advancement of clinical services and educational activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

The residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Missouri features 12 exceptional residents who gain hands-on experience alongside attending physicians in various rehabilitation settings.
