Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Safety and Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Marketech International Corp USA. The successful candidate will provide vital support to our QA/QC team by managing administrative tasks and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders in both Mandarin and English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the QA/QC team in performing administrative-related tasks, including document translation and communication with stakeholders.
  • Witness and perform onsite inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Initiate, maintain, and distribute QA/QC documentation and records.
  • Perform receiving inspection and notification, and supervise the control of measuring and testing equipment.
  • Identify and facilitate correction of non-conformances, and facilitate internal quality audits.
  • Maintain QA/QC Logs and continuity reporting.
Requirements
  • Bilingual: Mandarin and English.
  • Associate degree required.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in administrative or secretary roles.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal abilities, and excellent written/verbal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a construction environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • QA/QC experience.
  • Cleanroom experience preferred.
  • Semiconductor facility construction experience preferred.
