Job Summary

United Gaming, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing gaming equipment in designated locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install gaming equipment in designated locations, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Assist in warehouse preparation of equipment for installations, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
  • Respond to service calls for equipment repairs, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to manage assignments and prioritize tasks.
  • Troubleshoot gaming devices and repair as needed, utilizing technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
  • Manage inventory of the route vehicle, ensuring parts are available when needed to minimize downtime.
  • Interact with clerks, management, and customers to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Complete all necessary documentation for device entry and logs, maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform auditing and diagnostic work on equipment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Deliver products from the company location to customer locations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one to three years of relevant experience in a technical or installation role.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with basic PC skills and able to manage priorities and workflow effectively.
  • Must be 21 years of age, pass a background check, and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and have a flexible work schedule availability, including some evenings and weekends.
Work Environment
  • Frequently required to stand, utilize hand and finger dexterity, and talk or hear.
  • Frequently required to lift/push lightweights up to 150 lbs and utilize visual acuity to operate equipment.
  • Frequently required to drive over 150 miles in a given day.
