Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of one to three years relevant experience in a technical or customer-facing role.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with basic PC skills, with ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Age and Background Check: Must be 21 years of age, pass a background check, and pass a drug test.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license, with clean driving record.
  • Availability: Must have a flexible work schedule availability, including some evenings and weekends.
Work Environment
  • Physical Demands: Frequently required to stand, utilize hand and finger dexterity, talk or hear, lift/push lightweights up to 150 lbs, and utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard.
  • Driving: Frequently required to drive over 150 miles in a given day.
