Job Overview

This Senior Concrete Construction Project Coordinator role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  1. Assume leadership roles in project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure successful outcomes
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely completion and profitability
  3. Conduct thorough reviews of bid drawings and project specifications to understand customer requirements and expectations
  4. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost control measures
  5. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices among team members

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or related field
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and construction software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and OSHA requirements

Compensation Package: $80K-$110K annually, including comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth and professional development
