Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with General Superintendents and Project Managers to schedule job tasks and equipment.
  • Develop and present two-week look aheads for projects during weekly scheduling meetings.
  • Ensure daily huddles are held, including stretch and flex, hazard analysis, daily work assignments, and equipment checklists.
  • Responsible for placing concrete/stone orders with vendors, submitting paperwork for material delivery tickets, and maintaining tool inventory.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in the concrete construction industry, prior experience managing 7 or more employees on a job site, and a strong understanding of OSHA regulations.
