Canyon Contracting is a leading provider of construction services, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Budget Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction, with expertise in cost estimation for concrete construction projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of concrete construction knowledge and analytical skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong time management and organizational skills are also essential, as well as proficiency with computers and software, including Microsoft Office, digital take-off programs, Bluebeam, and on-screen takeoff.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks, with an emphasis on thoroughness and attention to detail. As a Senior Construction Budget Analyst, you will work closely with project teams to provide timely, thorough, and accurate budget estimates and comprehensive project budgets.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for all phases of construction work, with an emphasis on self-performed general conditions, concrete, masonry, and carpentry. You will also prepare estimates and issue proposals for concrete projects, communicate with general contractors/construction managers to clarify scope of work and schedule requirements, and solicit and negotiate quotes from various vendors and subcontractors.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
