We are seeking an exceptional Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Alleviant Integrated Health in Fayetteville, AR.

About the Role

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric care to patients with mental health disorders. This includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, interviews, and observations to diagnose mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including medication management and therapy sessions.
  • Work collaboratively with our medical director and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide ongoing education and support to patients and their families.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (PMHNP) from an accredited institution.
  • Current APRN license and board certification in psychiatric-mental health nursing.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in psychiatric-mental health nursing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
