Job Summary
Fishbeck is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to technical professionals across multiple offices. The selected candidate will interact with clients, visitors, and internal professionals, requiring independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize workload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile correspondence, reports, and technical documents, ensuring accuracy and readability.
  • Manage document formats, layouts, and editing processes.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain efficient document management and record-keeping systems.
Requirements
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least three years of administrative experience, preferably in an engineering or consulting environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in PowerPoint and Publisher desired.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and proofreading skills.
