Private Duty Nurse RN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team in Floresville, TX. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our medically fragile patients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage individualized care plans for patients
- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Texas
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Private Duty Nurse RN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
