Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team in Floresville, TX. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and providing emotional support. - Provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to physicians or case managers.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Private Duty Nurse RN.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
