Private Duty Nurse RN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to medically fragile children and adults in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:- Implement and manage individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identify care needs, and develop effective care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- One year of experience in home health or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
