Senior Community Banking Manager Opportunity

ACNB Bank is seeking a seasoned banking professional to lead our community banking team. As a Senior Community Banking Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth across multiple offices in the Gettysburg, PA area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of bankers to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
  • Oversee the operational effectiveness of multiple offices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coach and develop subordinates to achieve their full potential

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
