As a key player in our Sales Department, the Residential HVAC Sales Consultant will be responsible for fostering relationships with both existing and potential customers, ensuring that our sales objectives are met consistently.
Role Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and driven sales professional eager to thrive in a dynamic environment. This role offers the potential for significant earnings, with opportunities to reach six-figure incomes.
Your primary duties will include:
- Assessing customer requirements for HVAC systems and developing tailored sales proposals.
- Providing expert consultations to both new and returning clients, ensuring they receive customized HVAC solutions, including our exclusive maintenance offerings.
- Leading the sales process to guarantee customer satisfaction throughout.
- Conducting follow-ups post-sale to confirm that all agreements have been fulfilled to the client's satisfaction.
- Engaging with existing bids and leads to provide additional information that may assist in closing sales.
- Addressing any technical or business objections from prospective clients.
- Highlighting key features, pricing, and financing options while preparing sales orders.
- Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
- Participating in various sales initiatives, including trade shows and referral groups, to support overall corporate objectives.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
- A High School diploma or GED; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer skills.
