Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and solder electronics and hardware components
  • Verify dimensions of parts using precision tools such as calipers and height gauges
  • Accurately assemble materials with quality and on-time delivery
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, specifications, and work orders
  • Adhere to all product and process documentation
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics
  • Ensure proper safety and housekeeping standards
  • Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits
  • Collaborate with the Quality team to resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements

  • High School education or equivalent experience
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small parts and assemblies
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and technical drawings
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new software
  • Flexible to changing work assignments and able to communicate effectively with management and team members

Level 1 Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in electronics assembly or a related field
  • Able to perform repetitive tasks and learn to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Works under direct supervision and seeks assistance in handling problems

Work Schedule
1st shift, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Compensation
Starting at $17.00 per hour, with a competitive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k), and a profit-sharing program.
