In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and document vital signs and relevant medical information.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to create and execute personalized care plans.
- Maintain precise and current medical records.
- Adhere to all applicable state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Idaho.
- Preferred experience with individuals who have intellectual disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills.
- Current CPR certification.
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $28.
