Responsibilities:
The Associate Land Entitlement Project Manager will assist in site feasibility studies, apply for and secure permits for single-family site development, support the Land Acquisition Team by evaluating property search criteria and organizing pertinent property findings, and collaborate with the Land Acquisition Team to review property search criteria and organize relevant property results.

Requirements:
1-3 years of relevant experience with some college (preferably in engineering, business, land use planning, or related field), familiarity with land use planning and entitlement processes, skilled in reading and understanding engineering plans and utility layouts, experience in developing and managing project budgets, knowledgeable with Stormwater/Grading permits, CSWGP and/or 1200C Permits, strong organizational skills with a reliable approach to meeting deadlines, ability to work well as part of a team, motivated, results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to taking initiative, and competent in computer software such as Word, Adobe, Outlook, and Excel.

Salary Estimate:
Based on industry standards and market trends, the estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
