We are seeking a skilled and experienced OR RN Manager to join our team at TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital. As a Senior Surgical Services Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality patient care and overseeing the daily operations of our surgical unit.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options.

Job Description

As an OR RN Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our surgical unit, including staffing, quality control, and patient care. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our patients receive high-quality, safe, and efficient care throughout their surgical experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice or compact state
  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma, with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
  • 3-5 years of OR experience, including charge RN or other leadership experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification within 6 months of hire
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification within 6 months of hire
