Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Architect

Location: Portland, OR (Onsite)

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions to drive business value and improve operational efficiency.
  • Design and deploy ServiceNow ITOM architecture to support large-scale IT service management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow ITOM with other IT systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITOM scripts and custom patterns to automate IT processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to IT teams on ServiceNow ITOM implementation and configuration.
  • Participate in the development of new ServiceNow ITOM applications and modules to support IT service management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow ITOM features and best practices to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
