ServiceNow ITOM Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of overall ServiceNow experience and hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.

The successful candidate will have experience in ServiceNow implementation in ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, and ServiceNow CMDB Discovery. They will also have good knowledge of the CMDB data model and be well-versed in ServiceNow scripting and the creation of custom patterns.

The candidate must have strong communication skills and be able to handle a team. They should also have experience in resolving Discovery issues and coordinating with various infrastructure teams.

The ServiceNow ITOM Architect will participate in the research, analysis, and development of new applications and modules in IT Service Management, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules.

They will also have experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management and be able to follow best practices in ServiceNow development activities and coding.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical knowledge of all core ServiceNow modules, including IM, MIM, SLA, PM, CM, Service Request Catalog, AD, SSO, Reporting, KM, CMDB Discovery, and Integrations.
