Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at ExecuSource. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing essential care services that ensure the comfort and well-being of patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, and toileting.
- Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and changes in medical status.
- Provide post-operative, orthopedic, neuro-compromised, and cardiopulmonary patient care.
- Support patient safety during therapies including oxygen, IV infusion, traction, and tube feeding.
- Maintain patient rooms, including cleaning and linen changes.
- Sterilize equipment and supplies as needed.
- Current certification as a Nurse Assistant (CNA).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets and patient-specific meal distribution.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and standard office technology is a plus.
